Roy Evers took the initiative in Curaçao, an island in the Carribean, to set up a Learning Network by creating a marketplace on the Internet where providers of training and education, and learners will meet each other. This learning network will be based on the website www.learning.an.

The website is aimed at:
1. Adults looking for education and training for their personal development.
2. Companies looking for training and courses for their employees.
3. Young people looking for education opportunities.
4. Students looking for information for their papers and thesis.
5. General public looking for learning opportunities.

The website will maintain a directory of all providers of training and courses, certificate programs and educational authorities. Companies and individuals can post a request for information on a specific training or course. The website will automatically select the relevant providers and send them mails with the request attached.

The site also offers (free) online courses and hosts a repository of educational articles written by experts.

The slogan of the learning network is: "It is never too early or too late to learn!!"
